- Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is €9.95
- What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €3.95 (indirect taxes included) for the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. They are €5.95 (indirect taxes included) for the Canary Islands, except for La Palma, La Gomera and Hierro, where orders are not shipped.
For purchases over €29.95, shipping costs will be free.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders received before 13:00 will be prepared the same day and it is estimated that it will take between 2 and 3 days to receive the package at home.
The delivery period will be subject to the exceptional state of alarm situation in which we live. We will do everything possible to deliver your order as soon as possible. We regret if the delivery of your order is delayed.
- Do you deliver to all UK?
Yes.
- Is it possible to have my order delivered to a PO box?
No, we do not ship to any PO Boxes.
- How can I find out the status of my order?
If you want to know the status of your order, you can access the website of our logistics provider with the order reference number. We ask for your patience during these days as, due to the current situation, some orders may experience delays in transport.
- What are the return conditions?
If you want to return an order, it must be in its original packaging and not have been used or unsealed. You have 14 days to contact customer service and request a return.
- How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return request, we will contact you to verify the condition of the products. Once we have verified that the products have not been used and are in their original packaging, we will send you confirmation of the return.
As soon as the courier collects the package and notifies us, the return period will begin. During these exceptional circumstances, we will adapt the return method to the situation in the country.
The refund will be made within 7 to 10 days, minus the cost of shipping and return.
