LEGAL BASIS FOR THE GIFT SETS PROMOTION
PROMOTER / ORGANIZER
The organization of the “ SETS REGALÍSTICA ” promotion among the participants (hereinafter, the “ Promotion ”) is the responsibility of the company EQUIVALENZA RETAIL, SLU , with CIF: B-99307324, and registered office at C/ Salvador Espriu, n 13-15, 08908 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona) (hereinafter “ Equivalenza ”) and the Equivalenza licensees from Spain, Portugal, Italy and France adhering to the Promotion.
AIM
The main objective of the Promotion is to encourage the purchase of Equivalenza products.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Promotion will be valid in participating stores in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France.
Equivalenza reserves the right to exclude, without prior notice, all those persons who make fraudulent and/or contrary to good faith use of these Rules and/or the Promotion.
DURATION
The promotion will start on November 4, 2024 and will be ongoing throughout the year.
PROMOTION MECHANICS
Promotion in physical stores.
To benefit from the promotion in participating physical stores in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France, the customer must purchase a selection of open sets (fragrances and body products will be eligible for the consumer) or closed sets described below and will receive a gift.
- The 30, 50 or 100 ml perfume sets of the regular line and the body product include a free 12 ml filled vial.
- The regular line perfume sets of 50 and 100 ml. and the sets of any product with a minimum price of thirty-five euros (35€) include a free shower gel from the Black Label line of your choice.
- The 50 or 100 ml perfume sets from the Les Secrets line and the Les Secrets line body product include a free empty atomizer from the Les Secrets line.
- The Les Secrets line perfume sets of 50 and 100 ml. and the sets of any product with a minimum price of forty euros (40€) include a free candle from the Les Secrets line.
- Sealed sets include the hard case or box for free.

Promotion in online stores.
To benefit from the promotion in the online store of Spain , Portugal, Italy and France, the customer must purchase any of the closed sets , which will include one of the following preconfigured products as a gift:
- a 12 ml vial;
- the shower gel from the Black Label line;
- an empty atomizer from the Les Secrets line;
- a candle from the Les Secrets line;
- a rigid box or case.
The in-store promotion includes all perfumes, body products and fragrance items. The online promotion includes pre-configured perfumes, as well as body products and fragrance items. It cannot be combined with other offers.
ACCEPTANCE OF LEGAL BASES
Mere participation in the competition arising from the Promotion implies knowledge and acceptance of the full content of the legal bases (hereinafter, “ Bases ”).
Non-acceptance of any of the points that make up these Rules implies non-participation in the Promotion.
Likewise, any participant's failure to comply with the conditions established in the Rules or any false indication or indication of false identity, multiple participation or fraud will result in the immediate withdrawal of the participant.
