I’m disappointed

I recived the order a week ago without Tonka. I write a message but nothing sure was answered just that that product wasn’t in stok, if wasn’t in stok Why my money was taked out from my account and I wasn’t informed about this. In the Chat I write about this, and the resonse was that to wait until this will be. I need a refund of the money, because I didn’t to recive no email about this product when I does to recive it.
