Disappointed with the services

I’ve purchased this product( Bb cream) before and really liked it, which is why I ordered it again. In my recent order, I specifically purchased the Cherry Blossom Illuminating Body Mist (Shimmering Body Spray), but instead I received a regular Body Mist with no shimmer. I sent two emails to customer service to get this resolved, but have yet to receive any reply. It’s very disappointing. I hope the company improves their communication and order accuracy.
